Create Multiple Estimates for a Single Deal

Access the Deal

• Open Accelerate software and navigate to the deal for which you want to create multiple estimates.

Create a New Estimate

• Click on "Create New Estimate."

• The property and deal will already be selected.

• Choose a template and takeoff, then click "Proceed."

• You will land on the estimate screen, where you can edit the service values.

Edit Estimate Details

• Enter the necessary details, such as labor hours, equipment hours, etc.

• Adjust the service values as needed to tailor the estimate for your client.

Generate Another Estimate

• If you need to create another estimate for the same deal, click on "Create New Estimate" again.

• Follow the same steps: choose a template, takeoff, and proceed to generate a new estimate.

View Multiple Estimates

• You will see multiple estimates with different values created for the same deal.

• Each estimate can be tailored to different client needs or project scopes.

Choose a Primary Estimate

• Out of the multiple estimates, select one to be the primary estimate for the deal.

• This primary estimate will be used as the main proposal to be bid to the client.
