Create Irrigation Estimates in Landscaping

Let’s get a step-by-step account of creating irrigation estimates in landscaping on Accelerate.

1. Start with an Empty Template

   - Open Attentive.ai’s Accelerate, navigate to Estimates, select your branch & division & select an empty template for an irrigation repair estimate.

2. Proceed Without a Takeoff

   - Choose to generate the estimate within the blank template without a takeoff.

3. Link the Estimate with Attentive

   - In the top right corner, click on the "S L Sync" option.

4. Select a Controller in WeatherMatic

   - From the list, select a controller linked to the property in WeatherMatic. Note that one property can have multiple controllers.

5. Choose Inspection Reports

   - Select the desired inspection reports for the chosen controller to include in your estimate.

6. Sync the Reports

   - Click on "Sync" to begin updating the estimate with the inspection reports from WeatherMatic.

7. Review the Project Creation

   - The system will create a project and a service named after the controller within the project.

8. Verify Imported Materials and Kits

   - Check that all materials and kits from the inspection report are imported with their corresponding quantities.

9. Automatic Cost and Price Calculation

   - The system will automatically calculate the cost in hours and the total price.

10. Generate a Proposal

    - On the bottom right corner, click on "View Proposal" to generate a proposal using a preset template and information from the estimate.

11. Review Proposal Details

    - Ensure the proposal includes the service name, zone, issue, item to be replaced, quantity, unit price, and total price.

12. Send the Proposal

    - Use the "Send Proposal" feature to send the proposal to clients with one click.
