Let’s explore how you can create a job ticket after moving deal to the ops state.

Move the Deal to Operations

  • Once a construction deal is moved from the "Close Won" stage to the "Move to Ops" state, you will arrive at the "Create Job Ticket" page.

View and Customize Job Tickets

  • On the "Create Job Ticket" page, all services in the estimate are displayed, and a job ticket is created for each service by default.

Customize Job Tickets

  • Track Assemblies: If you need to track an assembly along with the first job ticket, you can move it to Job Ticket 1. This allows you to track that particular assembly under Job Ticket 1.

  • Rename Job Tickets: Customize the job ticket's name to something more fitting.

Delete Default Job Tickets

  • Start by deleting all the default job tickets to tailor them to your specific needs.

Access Projects in Estimate Section

  • Head to the estimate section to access all the projects.

Create a Single Job Ticket for Multiple Assemblies

  • To create a single job ticket for all assemblies in a specific category (e.g., irrigation base width), select the assemblies, name the new job ticket (e.g., "Irrigation Base Width"), and click "Create Job Ticket."

  • Repeat the process for other categories (e.g., landscape base width) by creating new job tickets for each selected category.

Finalize Job Tickets

  • After customizing, click on "Create Job Tickets" to finalize them.

View Customized Job Tickets

  • Open your deal and navigate to the job ticket section to view all the customized job tickets containing the included assemblies.

  • These job tickets are now linked to your deal.
