How to Email Invoices

  1. Navigate to the Invoices Landing Page

    • Open Accelerate and go to the invoices landing page.

  2. Select an Invoice

    • Choose an invoice you want to email.

    • Click on the actions button and select "Email Invoice" from the drop-down menu.

  3. Select Email Template

    • A screen will open where you can select your email template for the invoice.

    • The template, which is set up in the setup tab, determines your subject line and email body.

    • Information in this section is retrieved using placeholders set up in the email template.

  4. Review Email Details

    • The "To" field is automatically filled with the email and contacts for this particular deal.

    • The invoice PDF is automatically attached.

    • If you wish to preview the invoice, click on the preview button.

    • You can also download the invoice directly using the download button.

  5. Add Attachments and Edit Email Body

    • If necessary, add further attachments to the invoice.

    • Edit the email body in this section as needed.

  6. Send the Email

    • Click "Send" to immediately send the email.

Method for Sending Bulk Emails:

  1. Select Multiple Invoices

    • Choose multiple invoices you wish to email.

    • Click on "Email Invoices."

  2. Select Email Template for Bulk Emails

    • A screen will open where you can select the email template.

    • If desired, attach the invoices to your email. You can choose not to attach the invoices if not needed.

    • Click "Send" to email all selected invoices in bulk to the respective contacts for the deal.

Setting Up Email Templates:

  1. Navigate to Setup Tab

    • Go to the setup tab and then to the email template section in the payments invoicing tab.

  2. Create New Email Template

    • Click on "Create New Template."

    • Enter the template name and select the branch and division you wish to create the template for.

    • Click "Proceed."

  3. Set Up Email Template

    • Set up the email template using placeholders to fetch information when preparing to email the invoice.

    • Specify email details like the organization name, which will automatically populate when emailing the invoice.

    • Set up a greeting and other necessary information.

  4. Save Template

    • Save the email template for future use.
