Let’s understand how you can get your estimates reviewed by your peers and managers on Accelerate,
Send Estimate for Review
Navigate to the bottom right corner of your estimate.
Click on the "Review" option to send the estimate for review.
Share Access
Share access with anyone who has an account with Attentive.
You can share access with multiple users if desired.
Optionally, add a customized message.
Click on "Share" to send the estimate for review.
Check Review Status
After sharing, the estimate will enter the review status. You can see this at the top of the estimate page.
Reviewer Perspective
The reviewer will receive an email with a request to review the estimate.
The email will contain the property name and deal details.
Upon clicking the link in the email, the estimate will open in a new tab.
Add and View Comments
The reviewer can view the estimate and add comments using the comment section on the top right corner.
Select a specific project or service to add and review comments.
Enter a message and, if necessary, attach any files.
Click "Set" to attach comments to the estimate.
Review Comments
Comments will be visible under "View Comments," along with details about who added them, the time, and the project/service.
Estimators can mark comments as resolved or delete them.
View all resolved or unresolved comments as needed.
Use the search option to find specific comments.
Manage Notifications
If you prefer not to receive notifications for review comments, go to settings and opt out of notifications.
Otherwise, all estimators working on the estimate will receive notifications for all comments.
Attach Notes and Files
Use the "Notes and Attachments" section to add relevant notes and files to the estimate.
Upload plans or any type of reference files.
All added notes and attachments will remain within the estimate.
Mark as Reviewed
Once the review is complete, the estimator can mark the estimate as reviewed.
This indicates that the estimate is complete and ready to be sent to customers.
