How to navigate the updated plans panel

In this article, you'll learn how to navigate the updated Plans Panel in the Beam AI platform.

Once you open up your takeoff, you'll see the features panel on the left.

The main worksheet in the middle of the screen. 

And on the right side, you'll find the plans panel, which we'll discuss in detail.

The Plans Panel has the same drop-down that we have currently on the app.

Here, You can find the list of all the worksheets in your plan.

This navigation panel has a few new options, which include pinning one of the pages to the top. 

For example, if the user wants to toggle between sheets or come back to a specific sheet more often, they can now pin. The sheet will then move to the top of the list. 

You can also change color of specific sheets. This can help with filtration or knowing which sheet to come back to more often. 

You can also open a sheet in a new tab, allowing you to toggle between two sheets side by side.

We also have a search menu, where you can look for specific names sheets. 

You can also filter pages, through a few options here. 

So for example, if I select view scale, I can see the scale for all the sheets, otherwise it’s only visible for the current worksheet. 

The group by category option breaks down the multi trade takeoff by category 

And finally the view thumbnail option enables the thumbnails on the panel like we have right now.
