In this tutorial, you'll learn how to use the detailed report feature on our updated platform. This feature allows you to view and edit all measurements and materials at a glance.
When you open up your takeoff, you'll find the main worksheet in the middle.
You'll find the Plans Panel on the right,
And the Features Panel on the left, which has the detailed report button.
Once you click the Detailed Report button, it will replace the features panel, and will look something like this.
Just like the feature panel, this detailed report also has 2 tabs.
Page specific, which only contains features of the currently selected sheet.
Takeoff Aggregate, that has all the features, across the takeoff.
The benefit of the detailed report is that it allows the user to see all the measurements at a glance.
They can also review all this data, and edit it directly in the report.
For example, if the user is looking to see the breakdown of irrigation, and wants to see a specific category under this. They can look it up under categories.
The user can also hide the irrelevant columns through the eye button here.
By clicking the enable takeoff option, you will be able to make changes directly to the report.
This detailed report also helps you look at all the assembly materials at glance.
You can add or edit any material by clicking the icons below.
The user can easily delete features or materials using these buttons.
This button can freeze certain columns; this functionality is very similar to excel.
Any new dimensions or calculated measurements will be visible here and the user can also make rough calculations directly in the report.
