  1. Access the Job Ticket

    • Open Accelerate software & navigate to the job tickets.

    • Go to the maintenance contract you want to schedule.

    • For example, here we are selecting a turf maintenance service with 52 occurrences.

  2. Navigate to Scheduling

    • Go to the actions menu and select "Schedule Job."

    • Alternatively, you can go inside the job ticket, select "Edit," then "Schedule," and finally "Schedule Job Ticket."

  3. View Anticipated Months

    • Check the anticipated months of the job ticket to see the planned occurrences (e.g., occurrences in July, August, September, etc.).

  4. Set Schedule Details

    • Click on "Edit," then "Schedule," and finally, "Schedule Job Ticket."

    • Select the start date (e.g., July 1) and the end date (e.g., June 2025) for the job.

    • Specify the number of visits per occurrence (e.g., 2 visits).

    • Set the gap between start dates of occurrences (e.g., 1 week for weekly service).

    • Select the property’s working days (e.g., weekdays).

    • Choose the crew (e.g., a crew with two members).

    • Fill in the planned hours per visit (e.g., 10 hours, which equals 5 crew hours per visit).

  5. Upload Attachments (If Needed)

    • Upload any necessary attachments.

  6. Preview and Schedule

    • You can either directly schedule the job ticket or click on "Preview Schedule" to view the job schedule.

    • In the preview, darker occurrences represent the first visit, while lighter ones indicate the second visit.

    • To remove an occurrence, simply click on it.

    • To reschedule removed occurrences, click on a new day.

  7. Modify Schedule Features

    • Use the drop-down menu to change features such as working days (e.g., including weekends).

    • Click on "Preview Schedule" to see the updated schedule.

    • Save and proceed with the changes.

  8. Review Warnings and Finalize Schedule

    • The system may show warnings (e.g., over-scheduling the crew).

    • Click "Proceed" to finalize the schedule despite warnings.

    • Check the final schedule summary (e.g., 48 occurrences in 96 visits scheduled).
