Access the Job Ticket
Open Accelerate software & navigate to the job tickets.
Go to the maintenance contract you want to schedule.
For example, here we are selecting a turf maintenance service with 52 occurrences.
Navigate to Scheduling
Go to the actions menu and select "Schedule Job."
Alternatively, you can go inside the job ticket, select "Edit," then "Schedule," and finally "Schedule Job Ticket."
View Anticipated Months
Check the anticipated months of the job ticket to see the planned occurrences (e.g., occurrences in July, August, September, etc.).
Set Schedule Details
Click on "Edit," then "Schedule," and finally, "Schedule Job Ticket."
Select the start date (e.g., July 1) and the end date (e.g., June 2025) for the job.
Specify the number of visits per occurrence (e.g., 2 visits).
Set the gap between start dates of occurrences (e.g., 1 week for weekly service).
Select the property’s working days (e.g., weekdays).
Choose the crew (e.g., a crew with two members).
Fill in the planned hours per visit (e.g., 10 hours, which equals 5 crew hours per visit).
Upload Attachments (If Needed)
Upload any necessary attachments.
Preview and Schedule
You can either directly schedule the job ticket or click on "Preview Schedule" to view the job schedule.
In the preview, darker occurrences represent the first visit, while lighter ones indicate the second visit.
To remove an occurrence, simply click on it.
To reschedule removed occurrences, click on a new day.
Modify Schedule Features
Use the drop-down menu to change features such as working days (e.g., including weekends).
Click on "Preview Schedule" to see the updated schedule.
Save and proceed with the changes.
Review Warnings and Finalize Schedule
The system may show warnings (e.g., over-scheduling the crew).
Click "Proceed" to finalize the schedule despite warnings.
Check the final schedule summary (e.g., 48 occurrences in 96 visits scheduled).
