How to Navigate the Property Details Page

Access the Property Details Page

• Open Accelerate software.

• Navigate to the properties module and select a specific property to view its details.

Basic Info Tab

• This tab provides all the basic information relevant to the property.

• It includes details such as linked contacts, the company, and the assignee.

Profitability Tab

• This tab gives insights into the estimated and actual gross margins on the property.

• The margins are split between main and enhancement deals.

• View the breakdown of the gross margin for each deal associated with the property.

Sales Tab

• The sales tab shows the total contract value split between main and enhancement contracts.

• Compare enhancement targets with signed contracts.

• View a list of all deals associated with the property, including those being bid on or sold.

• Create a new deal directly from this tab by clicking on "Create New Deal," entering the relevant information, and saving.

Operations Tab

• This tab provides insight into ongoing operations on the property.

• View cumulative data on total labor hours spent, total cost incurred, and labor efficiency.

• At the deal level, view the progress of job tickets, including cost incurred and efficiency metrics.

Payments Tab

• The payments tab shows the invoicing status of the property.

• See the total contract value and the total payments received to understand account receivables.

• View the invoicing pipeline by count and value.

• Click on an invoice to go to the invoice details screen for more information.

Issues, Ad Hoc, and Takeoff Tab

• This tab displays all issues listed on the property during work.

• View details of extra work, ad hoc work performed, and all takeoffs linked to the property.
