Let’s understand how you can schedule construction job tickets for multiple months on Accelerate:
Navigate to Job Tickets
Go to the job tickets section for the specific deal.
Select the job ticket you want to schedule (e.g., Job Ticket 19).
Open the Job Ticket
Click on the job ticket to view its details.
Review the estimated labor cost (e.g., $3000).
Initiate Scheduling
Click on the "Schedule to Update" option.
The schedule update model will open.
Set Start Date and Duration
Choose the start date for the job (e.g., next Monday).
Set the job duration (e.g., the next two months, from June 6th to August 5th).
Select Working Days
Specify the working days for the property (e.g., 5 working days per week).
Select Assemblies
By default, all assemblies in the job ticket are selected.
Choose the specific assemblies where work needs to be performed.
Assign Crews
Select the crew for the job (e.g., Construction Crew Two led by Michael Hans).
Plan crew hours per visit (default is set at 8 hours).
Add Notes and Attachments
Add any relevant notes (e.g., share the gate quote with the crew).
Upload any necessary attachments.
Schedule the Ticket
Click on "Schedule the Ticket" and then "Proceed" to finalize the schedule.
Confirm that 41 visits have been scheduled from June 6th to August 5th.
Verify Scheduled Visits
Go to the visits section to check that all visits have been scheduled correctly.
