How to Create a Property

  1. Navigate to the Properties Module

  • Open Accelerate software and go to the properties module.

  1. Create a New Property

  • Click on "Create New Property."

  1. Enter Property Details

  • Enter the property’s name.

  • Enter the property address.

  • Select the branch where you wish to place the property.

  • Fill in other necessary details.

  1. Mark as Tax Exempt (If Applicable)

  • If the property is tax exempt, mark it as "Yes."

  1. Select Primary Contact

  • Choose a primary contact for the property.

  1. Add Notes and Attachments

  • In the "Notes" section, fill in any relevant information.

  • If you wish to pass on some information to the crew that will work on this property, add those notes in the "Crew Notes and Attachment" section.

  1. Save Property

  • Once all details are entered, you can either:

    • Click "Save and Exit" to save the property details.

    • Click "Save and Create Deal" to save the property and proceed to create a deal for it.
