Navigate to the Properties Module
Open Accelerate software and go to the properties module.
Create a New Property
Click on "Create New Property."
Enter Property Details
Enter the property’s name.
Enter the property address.
Select the branch where you wish to place the property.
Fill in other necessary details.
Mark as Tax Exempt (If Applicable)
If the property is tax exempt, mark it as "Yes."
Select Primary Contact
Choose a primary contact for the property.
Add Notes and Attachments
In the "Notes" section, fill in any relevant information.
If you wish to pass on some information to the crew that will work on this property, add those notes in the "Crew Notes and Attachment" section.
Save Property
Once all details are entered, you can either:
Click "Save and Exit" to save the property details.
Click "Save and Create Deal" to save the property and proceed to create a deal for it.
