Create Entities Independently
In Accelerate, you can create contacts, companies, or properties independently without following a specific order.
To create a new entity, use the respective creation button for contacts, companies, or properties.
Link Entities
After creating an entity, you can link it to a contact, company, or property.
This offers great flexibility in managing relationships between different entities.
Create a New Property
Navigate to Create New Property:
Click on the "Create New Property" button.
Enter Property Details:
Input the property's name, address, and select the branch where it will be created.
Assign a responsible individual and choose the property type.
Click "Save" to record the property in the system.
Associate a Contact with a Property
Edit Property:
If needed, edit the property details and select "Contact."
Link Existing Contact:
Link an existing contact to the property.
Create New Contact:
If the contact does not exist, create a new one and associate it with the property.
Create a New Contact
Initiate New Contact Creation:
Enter the contact’s details, including phone number, and assign them to a specific branch.
Link to Property or Company:
Link the contact to an existing property or company.
Save the information to establish the association.
Link Contact to a New Property
Select Property:
If linking to a new property, select "Property" and go through the creation process.
Enter Property Details:
Choose the assignee, determine the property type, and create it.
Link to Contact:
The newly created property will then be linked to your contact and available within the properties module.
Attach Customer’s Company or Property to Contact
Attach Company:
Navigate to "Attach Company" and choose the desired company to link to the contact.
Attach Property:
Use the "Attach Property" feature to connect a property to the contact.
This seamless integration ensures all entities within Accelerate are interconnected and easily manageable.
