How to split your property into multiple zones?

This guide explains the process of dividing a single property into multiple zones, a useful feature when managing larger properties.

Creating Zones

* Step 1: Click on Edit Takeoff on the property.

* Step 2: Click on Create Zone.

* Step 3: Choose either Zone Polygon or Zone Line. For this guide, select Zone Polygon and create a polygon. The property is now divided into two zones, Zone One and Zone Two.

* Step 4: Click on Save to save the zones.

The zones, Zone One and Zone Two, are now visible. It's possible to rename, delete, edit, or merge the zones using the option next to Zone One.

Exporting Zones

If there's a need to export the property along with the zones, follow these steps:

* Step 1: Click on Export.

* Step 2: Click on Export PDF File.

In the Zonal Report, it's possible to include or exclude Zone One or Zone Two. Choose which features to include or exclude.

* Step 3: Click on Send to Email. The property divided into zones will be sent to the inbox.
