Customize the View of Your Landscaping Maintenance Estimate

Understand how you can customize your estimate’s view on Accelerate

  1. Collapse Home Icons for More Workspace

    • Open an estimate in Accelerate.

    • Collapse the home icons on the left side to provide more room to work on your estimate.

  2. Reorder Line Items

    • To move a project to the top, utilize the drag and drop option.

    • Hover over the line with dots indicating it can be moved.

    • Drag and drop the line item to your desired location to reorder it for the proposals.

  3. Identify Missing Data

    • Look for the specific symbol indicating missing data for a service.

    • This symbol helps you quickly identify services that need attention.

  4. Customize Table View

    • Click on the three dots on the right-hand side.

    • Select "Show and Hide Columns."

    • Deselect columns that you do not want to see and keep only the necessary columns for the estimation.

  5. Reorder Columns

    • Use the custom order column functionality to reorder columns.

    • Drag and drop columns to the top to bring important information like price and cost to the front.

  6. Expand Services to Check Assemblies

    • Expand a particular service to view its assemblies.

    • Check for missing data, such as zero cost for an assembly.

    • Enter the required value to update the cost for the particular labor.

  7. Undo and Redo Changes

    • If the entered cost is not desired, click "Undo" to remove it.

    • The indicator for missing data will reappear.

    • Use the "Redo" option to bring back the cost if needed.

By using these functionalities, you can customize the view of your estimate to enhance efficiency.
