Let’s look at the seamless workflow from generating a takeoff to the proposal on Accelerate.

  1. Access Completed Aerial Takeoff

    • Navigate to the aerial takeoff section to view a completed takeoff.

    • Click on the takeoff to see how it looks. The system will reissue the required property features.

  2. Edit Takeoff (If Needed)

    • Make any necessary edits to the takeoff. These values will flow into the estimate once selected.

  3. Create a New Estimate

    • Click on "Create a New Estimate."

    • Select the branch and division for which you want to create the estimate. In this case, choose the maintenance division.

    • Select the property for which the takeoff was measured.

    • Select the deal for which you are selling the contract to the customer.

    • Choose the appropriate estimate template for your contract. Estimate templates can be customized and saved for different projects.

  4. Generate Estimate Using Takeoff

    • Select the completed takeoff to generate the estimate.

    • Click on "Generate" to fetch the values from the takeoff into the estimate.

    • The system will calculate hours, cost, and price based on the takeoff values.

  5. Review Estimate Summary

    • On the right-hand side, click "View Summary" to see the detailed values.

    • Ensure the takeoff and template are correct, and all calculations are accurate.

  6. Make Adjustments (If Needed)

    • If necessary, make slight adjustments to the estimate.

  7. View and Send Proposal

    • Click on "View Proposal" to prepare to send it to the customer.

    • Choose a customized proposal template that meets your customer's requirements.

    • The proposal template will dynamically fetch values from the estimate.

    • Select the customer to whom you want to send the proposal.

    • Validate all the data and click on "Send Proposal."

  8. Edit Proposal (If Needed)

    • Use the "Edit Proposal" option to make any last-minute changes before sending.

  9. Send Proposal

    • Once everything looks fine, send the proposal from Accelerate to your respective customer.
