How to Build Your Landscaping Crew Schedule

Learn how to efficiently build and manage your schedule on Accelerate. 

1. Navigate to the Scheduling Module

   • Open Accelerate and go to the scheduling module.

   • Here, you will see the crews and a calendar view for the week.

2. Drag and Drop Visits

   • Drag and drop visits to the relevant crews.

   • Input the planned hours for each visit.

   • Save the schedule after setting up the visits.

3. Extend Visits for the Week

   • Use the extend functionality on each visit card to replicate a visit for the entire week.

   • This will apply the visit to all days for the selected crew.

4. Shuffle Visits Between Crews

   • Drag and drop visits to other crews as needed.

   • For example, to move a visit to the East crew, simply drag and drop it to the desired crew.

5. Duplicate Week Option

   • Use the "Duplicate Week" option to create an exact replica of the visit for the following week.

6. Reschedule Visits

   • The "Reschedule" option allows you to select another crew or date for a visit.

   • This functions similarly to the drag and drop feature, providing flexibility in scheduling.
