This article will guide you through the process of raising a support ticket on the updated Beam AI platform.
Once you open up your takeoff, and you want to raise a support ticket, you can click on the headphones icon located at the bottom left corner.
This will open a pop-up, where your Takeoff ID will be autofilled.
You can select the subject of the query,
add specifics in the description,
and finally, upload any screenshots if required.
Once you submit your query, the Beam AI team will reach out to you in the next 1 hour.
Additionally, you can raise a support ticket by clicking on the help icon — at the top right of the screen — and navigating to raise a ticket.
A form will open up , and the process of filling and submitting remains the same.
If you need instant support for a task you're currently working on, open up the chat feature, at the bottom right of the screen.
Navigate through some basic questions and you'll be directed to the right support team.
Once connected, you'll receive a response from our support executive within 5 to 10 minutes.
