Let's understand how to raise  a ticket on AutoMeasure.

There are two methods to raise a ticket.

1. The first method is to navigate to help on  your main screen and click on raise a ticket.

A pop up will appear where you  can select your issue from the list provided and then describe it  or upload any supporting documents.

2. The second method is to go  inside a takeoff, for instance, this one and on the takeoff page, which  we also refer to as the measurement page.

2.1 Go to the three-dot menu there.

You'll find an option to raise a ticket.

2.2 The difference between these two methods is that  if you raise a ticket from within a takeoff page, it automatically captures the takeoff ID, making  it easier for us to identify the specific takeoff you are referring to. We highly recommend  raising a ticket from within the takeoff page.

So if your issue pertains to a specific  takeoff request, please open the takeoff, click on the three dot menu and  select the raise a ticket button.

This will capture the takeoff ID automatically.

If you choose not to do this, you will need  to manually mention the takeoff address and other details, which can be avoided  by following the recommended method.

Once you've initiated the ticket-raising process, you can select an issue and describe the  issue in detail, and that's how it's done.
