This is how the contact module works on Accelerate

  1. Navigate to the Contacts Module

    • Open Accelerate software.

    • Go to the contacts module.

  2. View Contacts

    • The contacts module is divided into two sections: "My Contacts" and "All Contacts."

    • "My Contacts" allows you to view all the contacts for which you are the owner.

    • "All Contacts" allows you to view all the contacts that exist for your company in Accelerate.

  3. Create a New Contact

    • From the "All Contacts" section, you can choose to create a new contact.

    • Click on the "Create New Contact" button.

  4. View and Manage Contact Details

    • In the contact table, you can view various contacts and their details.

    • Attach a new company directly from the table.

    • Add new properties to the contact from the table.

    • Delete a contact directly from the table.

  5. Search for a Contact

    • To search for a contact, type the contact name in the search bar.

    • The contact will appear based on your search.

  6. Edit Contact Details

    • Go to the contact details page and click the "Edit" button.

    • You can change the name, email, and add a secondary phone number if needed.

    • Edit or add properties associated with the contact.

    • Select multiple properties to be associated with the contact.

  7. Record Activities

    • The activity section in the contact allows you to record the last and next activity with the customer for record-keeping purposes.

  8. Save Changes

    • Once you are done editing the details, click the "Save" button to save all your changes.
